  11. There will be change of outer color and it's fine. Now you can quickly make round rotis, instead of individually making balls again and again
  12. Haet tawa on low flame, oil its surface
  13. Start preparing the rotis one by one. Put the peeras on the flat surface and with the help of thumb press the outer edge of the ball
  14. Now with the rolling pin make it round and flat
  15. Increase the flame and put the roti on tawa, when you see bubbles on the roti
  16. Remove the side of the tawa and press the center with a handkerchief by placing the sides on the direct flame, when it's fully done, flip it and do the other side
